In addition to being the PulseFactors ME and COO, Wynn is more importantly the Company minder. That means that she worries about everything! That’s good since it relieves the rest of us of any and all responsibility. Wynn is also a skilled writer and editor. She has knocked them dead in New York City and other major cities around the world, and just before joining us she plied her editorial trade in Rangoon, Burma, where she learned the art of slipping past newspaper censors and sending encrypted emails.
James has a system for everything, having spent over 15 years in business consulting and corporate finance for Accenture, Ernst & Young Consulting and Microsoft. Currently his day job is as a real estate agent with McGuire Real Estate. His other job is researching and providing in-depth knowledge on the San Francisco condominium market.
That’s a picture of David Gauger, not to be confused with the thousands of people (we couldn’t fit them all in) who make up Gauger & Associates. David is CEO of this San Francisco-based agency that specializes in advertising, branding, strategic planning, interactive, package design and public relations, and more. He and his illustrious team have driven the PulseFactors.com development process to the satisfaction of all of us, and we hope you concur.
We connected with Seth at just the right time. He was a Marketing Director at San Francisco’s two top new-home marketing organizations: Pacific Marketing Associates and The Mark Company. Now he is exercising his passion for green houses, actually designing and building one from scratch. In between he helped PulseFactors lay the marketing ground work. He continues to lend his marketing expertise whenever it is needed.
Commonly known as Ricker, he has been part of our development process from day one. We are not sure what he does, but we do know that he has a network of friends and acquaintances that approaches infinity. Everyone knows Ricker! He purports to work for a major financial institution as an investment strategist specializing in quantitative asset valuation modeling for large institutional investors. He provides statistical modeling services to the Company, and we hope one day to make some money from it.

Dan Friedman is an award-winning photographer who has turned a life-long passion into a successful architectural photography business. Trained as an engineer, and having held corporate sales and marketing executive positions in the area, he is extremely familiar with San Francisco’s built landscape and its relation to the city’s ever-changing economy and geography.
Being of a certain age and inclination, Stefano has been into the social media stuff since 12 years old. He is now an old hand at this stuff, plus he aspires to be a real estate mogul and embraces our desire to educate the world about the good and bad of residential real estate. So here we are: Stefano is out to spread the word about PulseFactors.com.
Would you buy a used car from this guy? Probably not. That’s good for you and for him since he knows nothing about cars and has no interest in selling you one. He does know something about residential real estate and likes to refer to himself as an idiot savant. We think he is somewhat of a savant about San Francisco residential real estate. We know he’s an idiot about real estate everywhere else. If you find something you don’t like about the site or find something inaccurate, he’s the person to contact. From that point on the rest of us will catch hell.
