He is Managing Director of Union Property Capital, which provides leasing, entitlement and construction management services to a select group of capital partners. He finds value where others don’t.
David is the PulseFactors.com guru and constant questioner. He is based in Florida and is a Principal at MasterCoaches, a group of top consultants, coaches and trainers who help leaders and organizations create new perspectives, clarity of action and extraordinary results in leadership, engagement, trust, and communication, blah, blah, blah. He is formerly a psychotherapist and a trained professional life coach. His primary job is to help our Founder gain clarity on virtually everything.
As the Senior Vice President of Leasing/Investment at Colliers International, Tony probably knows more about dirt than any other broker in town. That’s the stuff found on the ground rather than the other kind of dirt, though he knows a fair amount about that kind too. He specializes in downtown San Francisco properties, believing that its closeness to his native England gives him a competitive edge on the competition.
David is a very deep thinker and inspirational force on many levels to the benefit of PulseFactors.com. His day job is to masquerade as a commercial broker with NAI BT Commercial in San Francisco where he has plied his trade for more than 20 years. Once a month he can be found sharing lunch with our Founder at the East/West Café on Polk Street. He refrains from eating lunch the rest of the time.
Clark Manus is CEO of Heller Manus, a San Francisco-based architectural and urban planning firm, whose buildings have as yet not fallen down or imploded to the best of our knowledge. He’s a big deal, having been elected as National President for 2011 of the American Institute of Architects. His work includes a wide range of new and restoration projects for residential, commercial and civic buildings.
Bernice is the smartest residential real estate person whom we know. And yes, we know a lot of people. She’s a nationally syndicated columnist, author, trainer and speaker. She is the author of Waging War on Real Estate’s Discounters. Her latest book is Real Estate Dough: Your Recipe for Real Estate Success. Her consulting clients include Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, Long and Foster, Prudential, Realty Executives, and, of course, pro bono work for PulseFactors.com.
